You’ll visit epic fortresses and palaces, wander the largest congregation of camels on earth at the Pushkar Camel Fair, see the Taj Mahal and remote towns along the old silk road – on this classic tour of India. 

Along our tour of India, we’ll stop at remote villages and see unusual sites, please don’t expect a typical sightseeing holiday. Accommodation has been chosen to enhance your authentic experience from havelis (old trader houses) to heritage hotels. We’ll travel by train, private bus, the occasional rickshaw and other forms of unusual transport. As with all our tours, there’s free time to explore whilst having the support of the group.
